We tend to say that we love everyone as Christ loves us, but are we really sure about that? Do we really love everyone or are we trying to prove to ourselves that we love them with our words and not our heart. It’s easy to love the lovable, but it’s difficult to love the “unlovable”. The reason being, we try to love them out of our own strength. For example, that manager or supervisor on the job that tries to irritate or frustrate you every time they see you in the office or on the field. Can you truly love him/her? What about that family member that’s always gossip about everybody else business and posting it on Facebook? Can you truly love them too? Let’s talk about your neighbor that always torturing you with their loud music and wild parties every other weekend and you’re unable to sleep at night. Can you truly love them? What about your spouse, the one who was always gentle and kind at one point, but now he curses you, degrade you, show no respect to you in front of people. He don’t acknowledge you and started cheating on you with multiply women. Can you truly love him? Stop to think for a moment, God truly loves us regardless of what we do and how many times we have done it.
Therefore, can we love our enemies? Do you pray blessing or curses over them? Have you ever feed one of your enemies when they were hungry? Have you ever gave your enemies a ride to work, bought groceries, paid for their lunch, or even gave them an encouraging word? What if we were one of those people or even an enemy? What would God do? God love is unconditional-agape love and he loves you whether you’re an enemy or not. He loves sinner too. His mercy is new every morning. We were created in his image so we suppose to love like our Father love and hate what our Father hate. God doesn’t hate the people, he just hate the sin that people create. Did you know that a person can have a foul/unclean spirit working through them and that’s why their behavior is horrific.
Love cover a multitude of sin. Love can captivate a person heart and change them for the good. God said, bless your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use and persecute you. Stop trying to love the unlovable in your own strength and love in God strength. He is mighty and powerful. Asked the Holy Spirit to help you, “how to love the way our Lord Jesus Christ loves”. The greatest commandment that Jesus gave us was, “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul, with all your mind. 2nd commandment, “Love your neighbor as yourself”. If you’re unable to love your neighbor as yourself, then the question is: Do you love yourself? How can you love someone else if you don’t even know how to love you first. God want you to love yourself the way he love you. God said, “whoever get sense loves his soul; he who keeps understanding will discover good. Love is patient and kind, love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Loves bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never “Ends”!
That’s the way we should love our selves and others. Speak these words over your life and allow God to change & cleanse your heart. Also, intercede for someone that needs a heart transplant from the Lord. Please be aware that change doesn’t happen over night, but the more you speak it the more you will believe it. Our words have power and we can conquer anything in this world.
As always my Beautiful Queens- Jesus loves you and so do I. “You are Beautiful”!!!
