Have you ever thought about dying?  Have you ever reached to a point in life where dying was the only option?  I’m not talking about the state of wanting to commit suicide but from an emotional place where you may be asking God to take you “home” due to the pressures of life.  It could be that you’re always struggling, feeling hopeless and if you could just end it all, that’d be an option. Well, I’m here to tell you, many of us have experienced those thoughts at one point or another.  Life can be topsy-turvy to a certain degree and sometimes we don’t savvy our trials to the best natural abilities.  One moment we are determine and motivated, and the next we’re ready to give-up.

However, life challenges will always be around. You need strength to carry on and keep moving forward.  You may not admit it to anyone that you thought about dying, but God knows the heart and it’s okay.  Let’s see what the Word of God says about dying.  I believe Paul made a comment about dying:

“For me to live is Christ (His life in me), and to die is gain (the gain of the glory of eternity).  If , however, it is to be life in the flesh and I am to live on here, that means fruitful service for ; so I can say nothing as to my personal preference ( I cannot choose). But I am hard pressed between the two. My yearning desire is to depart (to be free of this world, to set forth) and be with Christ, for that is far, far better”. Phil 1:21-23 AMP.

Even the Apostle Paul felt the same way we do at times!  The world, as we know it to be, is wicked, deceitful, and selfish; who would want to live in it.  There will be times, even as an Ambassador for Christ, where thoughts of being with Christ instead of this world will come about. Yet, the enemy will used the same tricks, but with different people.

Satan’s job is to try to make your life hell on earth by throwing fiery darts at you.  He will try to bring chaos and confusion into your mind, but you have to remember that, “God is not the author of confusion”.  Don’t be deceived by the enemy tactics and schemes.  He regaled people with his charismatic and politeness, all to place you in a deadly trap.  If not careful, you would become poleaxed by his deceiving ways.

The Word of God says, “Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation.  The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak”.  Matt 26:41 AMP.  Don’t be deceived by those good looking men, who say they are just being friendly.  I’m not saying all of them are being used by the enemy, but you need to pray before you dive into a relationship and fall in love with the guy.  You need spiritual discernment which will help and guide you along the way.  Please know that God will send you a man that will approach you with respect, kindness, and gentleness.  If a man is leading you into sin, you need to check him out.

Anyone that loves God, fear Him; and that means respect the Lord and His Word.  The Word of God says, “Flee Fornication.  Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that commit fornication sin against his own body”. 1 Corinthian 6:18.  The enemy’s goal is to steal, kill, and destroy you in any way he can.

Nevertheless, always have your guard up and continue to pray daily.  He can even try to destroy your marriage.  Don’t find it strange that your husband acting noisome and petulant.  It’s not him but those demonic spirits operating behind the scene.  Notice, whatever God creates is good and Satan hates it. The enemy has the legal right to enter and he will try to destroy your family if you don’t stop him.  He will even place thoughts in your mind to kill your spouse or make you commit suicide.  Don’t listen to him, but put on the whole Armor of God and cast those demons out of your home.

Also, ladies stop listening to your friend girls about your spouse, especially if they are telling you to commit bodily harm, leave him, or seek revenge.  The enemy will use your friends too.  That’s why it’s so imperative to renew your mind with the Word of God daily and pray for discernment.  Don’t give up on your family but continue to fight for them including your children too.

In conclusion, the enemy will use your children too.  Sometimes kids go through peer pressure at school and they begin to become depress without you knowing it because as parents we tend to be busy and never making time for our children.  The enemy will whisper in their heads to commit suicide because life is not worth living.  There are several children taking their lives because of peer pressure and it’s imperative you always pay close attention to your children.

The stress can become unbearable to handle and that’s when the enemy will try to seduce your child into suicide or just wanting to die because they no longer “fit in” with the crowd.  I’m not just talking about elementary, junior high, high-school, but college as well.  What could happen if your child didn’t get selected into the sorority or fraternity?  Most of the time, students become the laughing stock at school and that’s when depression will enter. As parents, we need to always encourage our children and always pray for each one of them.

The enemy always starts within the mind and he will whisper lies about you and make you feel as if you’re not good enough. He can whisper “go ahead and kill yourself.” These wicked thoughts are deceitful lies from the enemy trying to get your child off track.

Cast out those demons out of your home, children room, or their dorm rooms.  This may sound unreal to most people, but it’s the truth.  You need to know what you’re up against before you start praying.  Always plead the blood of Jesus over you entire family, their homes, vehicles, school, jobs, and etc.  Dispatch angels to protect them wherever they reside.  Sometimes life makes us want to quit, but I’m here to encourage you to live a peaceful life on earth.  The Lord says, “You will keep in perfect peace all who trust in you, all whose thoughts are fixed on you”. Isaiah 26:3.  God will give you perfect peace.  Every day you should decree and declared a peaceful mind in Jesus Name.

As always,

Jesus Loves you and so do I.
