Inspirational Friday, October 14th

Good Morning! Learning to be content in all things. Being a CEO, CFO, VP, or Manager/Supervisor the income you accumulate is great for your household. You have everything you want to a certain degree. That being said, you are used to being on top and never on the bottom, but what happen when it all disappear? Would you be able to handle the struggle? Just imagine, you’re on top not worrying about money and all of a sudden disaster hits or you lose your job. What if your spouse have a heart attack or stroke and never recover from it and you’re depending on their income? What if you lost your home and didn’t have a place to stay? Would you still praise God? Would you still give Him Glory? Would you keep your faith? What would you do? If God had to strip you of everything you own, how would you respond? Would you still trust Him? Sometimes we take life for granted and we forget where we came from in life. If you had to struggle over again, would you do it? You may be on high one day and down the next. Learn to be content right where you are in life. God is doing something in your life. He wants the Glory. He wants you to trust Him in everything. Trust God, He will not let you down.

“I am not saying this because I am in need, for I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances.
I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want.” Phil 4:11-12 NIV
