Good Morning Beautiful/Handsome. Learn to love every part of you. Some women always compare their bodies, limbs, face, eyes, and mostly height. Most men compare themselves with other guys regarding hair, bodies, teeth and mostly height too. It’s depressing and sad that you don’t love the way God made you. He created you in His image. Everyone is special in God eyes. Why compare? If you don’t like your weight do something about it. If you’re unable to gain weight then enjoy how God made you. During my adolescent years, I didn’t like my height. I was the tallest person in class and my pants were always short. Children laugh at me and I always felt sad and wish I were shorter. Thank God for my family because my parents always encouraged me. Especially my grandmother. During my young adult life, I gain weight. I was actually over weight. I couldn’t fit my clothing. I was a size 18 and I didn’t love myself. I hated to go out or be around my friends. I just gave my life to Christ and I was renewing my mind. I prayed one night and asked God to help me lose weight. He answered and said, “until you begin to love yourself then the weight will fall off”. I didn’t understand at first but I started going out more and my weight didn’t matter but during that time I was working out too. I used to say, “I’m thick and rich” Lol. It was within 8 months I lost 75 lbs. I went from a size 18 to a size 4. When you choose to love you anything is impossible. You have to appreciate how God made you and embrace it.
“So God created human beings in his own image. In the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.” Genesis 1:27 NLT
“I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well.” Psalm 139:14 ESV
